Tube of choice, but the tube I used is by Ray Leaning which
you can purchase at Mypsptubes.

Scrapkit is 2.00 ptu by myself called "Ballet Diva".

You can find that here on my site.

So let's start!

Open a new raster layer 700x700 floodfill white.

Add another new layer floodfill gray.

Duplicate the first layer (the white one) and bring it above the gray layer.

Use the selection tool and cut ot a very thin slice straight down the center of the second white layer. This is so the gray layer peeks thru in a long thin line which will be the corner of the wall.

Now merge down the second white to the gray layer.

Copy and paste the flooring from the kit on top of the

second white layer, resizing to fit. Merge it down to the second white layer.

Apply mask WSL mask116 to that layer now and give it a dropshadow of

0,0, 28,2 ... do that twice if you like.

Copy and paste the ballet bar and place in the center.

Do the same with the lamp but place that to the left, resizing as needed.

Open the stool image from the kit and merge the cushion to the wicker part.

Copy and paste the stool resizing alot! Mirror it.
Now add the main tube image seating her on the stool.
Use the darken tool to shadow the area below the

stool rather than a dropshadow.

Open the dressing mirror.

Copy and paste both the wooden piece and the mirror piece, making sure

the mirror part is below the wooden part on the canvas.

Now go back and duplicate the main ballerina tube

and mirror it, then copy it and delete it.

Go over to the gray mirror layer and with your freehand selection tool,
trace an area from the bottom of the mirror to the center of it. Leave it active.

Now paste the copied ballerina as a new layer and position

her over the selection area so only her back portion is showing
in the mirror. (Look at mine for reference).

Go back to the gray mirror layer, invert, cut, deselect.
Lower the opacity on the ballerina tube just a bit.

Merger the wooden mirror layer down to the tube layer, then merge

that down to the gray mirror layer.

Now grayscale the whole image.

Add your copyright now.

I used a generic scripty font to write "My Solitude" at the top in black.

Then again for my name in white at the bottom.

Merge visible and your done!

Supplies Include:

Rose petals

Rose

Bed

Wedding Veil

Word bubble

Supplies here

Font used in main text is FB Buttercream,

but you can use whatever works for you :)

Open a new raster layer 700x700, floodfill white.

Add a new raster layer, floodfill the color of your choice.

I used pink.

Now apply a mask with some frills. I used TDE_70

Merge group when you're done.

Copy and paste the bed.

Paste your Elias tube now, making her hang off of

the bed a bit. Erase some of her heel so it looks as tho

it's behind the bedpost.

Select your bed layer again now.

With your lighten/darken tool on the right in psp,

use the left click and darken the areas that appear just under the Elias tube.

This is your shadowing.

Copy and paste the bouquet and place it next to her

on the bed.

Erase the parts that cover the bed frame so it appears

to be behind it.

Now paste the petals below the bed. Duplicate them and mirror.

Do this again so you have a small trail of petals.

Paste the rose now. You're going to use the stem as

a place to put your name so ... with the push tool and the left in psp,

pull the stem out to the right for as long as needed to accomodate

your name.

Type: "Like a Virgin" at the top, making the word "virgin" larger than

the rest of the text.

Convert to raster layer.

Now type "touched for the very first time" at the bottom. Convert

to raster layer.

Add your name above the rose, and then your copyrights.

Merge visible, resize as needed.

DONE!

Now go show off your new tag :) Debi

Espresso Time & One Lump Or Two

A double tutorial

NOT due to laziness lol ... but

these 2 are very similar and worked the exact same way with basically the same elements, so i'm including instructions for both in the same tutorial:)

Please refere to the examples above for placement of papers and elements.

The tube used in "Espresso" is the artwork of © Zindy S.D. nielson and can be

purchased from her store HERE.

The tube used in "One Lump Or Two" is the © artwork of Anjara and can

be purchased thru MPT HERE.

For both tubes you will need the proper License to use them.

The font i used is a pay font called Mr. Giggles and is one of the fonts I used to

create the wordart that comes with the kit ... but any font will do :)

The elements used are from my scrapkit called "One Lump Or Two"

and can be purchased for $2.00 HER E.

For either image:

Open a new rastor layer 700x700 floodfill white.

ESPRESSO TIME: I copied paper #10 first and pasted it to my canvas, then overlapped

paper #7, painting over the bottom set of coffee beans and adding

a dark dropshadow to the paper.

Copy and paste the elements as shown, reducing the size of each.

On the saucer, using your darken tool, darken an area in a ring form

around the rim of the saucer to give it some depth.

Add your tube and appropriate copyrights.

Type "Espresso Time" at the top in white with a black stroke of 1

Type your name next in the same manner and place at the bottom

merger visible and save.

ONE LUMP OR TWO: Copy and paste paper #9, then overlap with paper #8,

reducing #8 by 30% and then with the deform tool, shortening it.

(see example above)

Add the elements as before, reducing them in size to fit.

Add a darkened ring around the saucer for depth.

Now add your main tube by Anjara and paste the sugar cubes on the canvas.

Reduce the sugar cubes by half or so and put them on her hand.

Add the appropriate copyrights.

Type "One Lump Or Two" at the top in the black area.

Add your name, merge visible and save.

The View Mistress

This tutorial was created by myself, Debi L. on February 12th, 2009.

Roses are HERE

First off, let's prepair the picture disc.

Open a new raster layer 755x755 floodfill white.

Select 6 tubes/images that you want to display in the wheel.

Resize/crop them so that the main part of the image is in the center

of each of the first 6 windows of th

e wheel.

When that's done, duplicate the picture layer, mirror it, then flip it

so that the same 6 pics are filled into the 6 empty windows.

You may have to move it a bit to fit.

Now merge them all.

You should now have a disc that looks like this:

Next.

Copy and paste your first full sized tube as a new layer below the

disc layer.

Copy and paste the View Mistress viewer on top of the disc layer.

Copy and paste the green handle behind the viewer layer.

Copy and paste your 2nd full sized tube as a new layer in front of the

viewer, add the roses.

Add your name to the front of the viewer if you wish at this pointm

and also your copyright and any credits.

Before we forget, also add a black dot with your paint brush

to each of the 4 corners of the top layer.

This is for positioning when we go to animate it.

It should now look like this:

Merge the front lady, the roses, and the viewmistress together

to one layer. Merge the back lady tube to the white background.

You should now have 4 layers.

The back lady on white background, the disc layer, the handle layer, and the

front scene of the lady, roses and viewer.

Duplicate the handle layer.

on the bottom one, with you deform tool, spin it in the down position.

Rename these 2 handle layers as "handle up" and "handle down".

Now for some tricky stuff!

Let's go back to the picture wheel now.

Duplicate the wheel.

On the duplicate, using the rotate function,

rotate it 30 to the right.

Duplicate that layer and again, rotate 30 to the right.

Do this six times total, always duplicating the last image turned.

When done, you will probably have to use the sharpen

tool to sharpen each image because in rotating, they tend

to blur with each turn, so sharpening each one will fix that.

Don't use the main sharpen function, just the tool that's in the

left toolbar area.

You should now have 10 layers.

The back, the 6 picture discs, the 2 handles and the front layer.

Close off the top 5 picture discs leaving the bottom one open.

Close off the "handle down" layer also.

Copy merged, and let's open Animation Shop ...

Paste as a new animation.

Go back to psp, open the "handle down" and close off the "handle up".

Copy merged and paste in AS after currant frame.

Now, back to psp, open the "handle up", close off the "handle down",

close off the first picture layer that you just used and open the next one.

Copy merged, paste in AS after the last frame.

Back to psp, open up the "handle down", close the "handle up",

copy merged and paste in AS after the last frame.

Repeat the text in red above closing off the previous picture

disc until you have used all 6 discs.

Once all 6 discs have been pasted in AS, you will have 12 frames.

6 with the handle up, and 6 with the handle down.

Change the frame porperties of the handle ups to 100.

Change the frame properties of the handles down to 20.

Crop the animation so the 4 black dots don't show.

Resize and save, and while your at it, show it off in the link to the left!

You may want to add a tiled background, ar a masked background

of some kind behind the first lady tube .....

I forgot mine in the example so it's kinda plain lol.

My personal Cupid

Supplies needed:

Scrap kit by myself called "Love is in the air" which

can be found HERE.

Tubes of choice. I used the artwork of ©Suzanne Richards.

In order to use the images in this tutorial you MUST purchase

it from CILM and have the proper license to use it.

Open a new raster layer 700x700 floodfill white.

Paste a round frame from the kit.

Click inside of the frame with your selection tool, modify,

expand by 2. Leave selected ...

Grab a paper and paste as a new layer on top of that ...

invert and cut, then move the paper below the frame.

Add a dropshadow to the frame them merge down.

Now get the guitar image from the kit and paste it, then move it behind the frame image so that only the doodle parts are

hanging out from one side.

Duplicate it, then mirror it and merge down.

Now woth your eraser tool, erase the guitar parts

peeking from the top of the tag.

All we want here is the doodles showing.

Next, the bag ...

Paste the 2 pieces of the bag (or just the bag itself

if you don't wanna use the bow) as a new layer.

Leave the handle for later.

Mirror it, then resize it alot till it's the size that you want.

(I resized by 70 3 times I think)

Now, grab 3 candy hearts from the kit.

paste them over the top of the bag where you want them,

then merge them down so they're altogether as

one layer.

With you selection tool, freehand point to Point,

go to the bag again.

Make a line from the right top of the bag to the left of it,

then down a bit and back to start.

Do NOT deselect!

Now click on the heart candies, and click cut.

Now deselect.

You can now paste the handle of the bag, mirror it ...

then put it above the candies.

Merge them all down when you have them in place

so they are one layer.

Duplicate the bag now and on the bottom one, set the brightness

and contrast way down so it turns into a gray image.

Use the deform tool and select the now "gray" bag.

Pull the node in the center down a little more than half way.

While holding the "shift" button on the keyboard, Grab the left node and pull it to the right half way.

Now grab the right node and pull it to the right also.

Grab the middle one again and pull it down where you

think it looks best.

This will give you the huge dropshadow like I have.

You may need to play with the deforming a little to get

your desired effect however :)

NOW add the first tube to the front of your tag.

Cut her legs off using the selection tool, point to point.

Dropshadow,

Add the cupid tube now resizing her quite a bit.

Paste a button of choice from the kit to the top left of the tag.

Add a bow of choice on top of it or right clcik on this one to use.

Now grab a name plate from the kit and paste it at

the bottom left.

Resize as needed, then add a name over it.

Type "My personal Cupid" at the top in a font of choice.

Add your copywrite and you're done!

Happy valentines Day!

Funky Valentine Love

There are no artist tubes for this one, just

the scrap kit by myself called "Love Is In The Air"

which you can find HERE

Open a new raster layer 700x700, floodfill white.

Open the 3 piece guitar image from the kit in psp.

copy and paste the paper BG as a new layer.

Resize by 65

Then the white mask later, resizing the mask by 80 percent.

Now paste the guitar.

(no dropshadows)

Now add a square frame of choice from the kit.

Behind the frame and guitar, paste the wings and cut away

anything hanging outside the frame.

Dropshadow.

Next, Paste the belt to the right behind the frame also.

Move it up a bit, cut away left over portion at the top.

Use your sharpen tool to sharpen the silver belt dangles a little.

Dropshadow.

Now notice that the guitar flourishes kinda interfere with

the belt ... well just erase some of it like I did :)

Now paste the keychain in the lower left on top of

the frame layer.

Dropshadow.

Add a button to the top right, resizing ALOT lol.

Now add the dangle and erase a part of the rope to look

like it's hanging from the button.

Dropshadow.

Now you may want to erase some of the guitar flourish

on this side too at this point.

Paste a sticker saying of choice at the top.

Dropshadow.
Add a name to the bottom and voila!
You are done.
This is one you can do several times using different elements
from the kit so have at it!
Click on the left and show me what you come up with :)

Christmas Train Ride

Needed:
Tube of choice. I used the artwork of ©Ed Mironiuk.
In order to use the image in this tutorial you MUST purchase

Let's begin :)
Open a new raster layer 700x700 floodfill white.

Copy and paste the skyBG as a new layer.

Place the railroad tracks over that as a new layer.

Paste the tree mist over the exsisting tree.
(you can keep the tree that's there already,
but the green one adds some color to that side
of the tag).
Now add your main tube, placing the wheels of the train
to line up over the track.
Add the snowman and move it behind the train,
slightly to the right.
(check mine for placement)
Now add the reindeer.
You can use the word text I supplied or your own.
Place that at the top left.
Add your name if desired, copyright, and dropshadows
and your done!

CowGirl Up!

Let's begin!
Open a new raster layer 655x655 floodfill white.
Add a new blank raster layer.
Copy and paste a paper of choice (for this tag I used the brown with pink dots paper) from the kitinto that layer and apply mask Wynter 140.
Merge group.
Paste a sold paper as a new layer from the kit over that and apply mask WSL 167 and merge group.
Now paste the frame from the kit as a new layer.
Copy and paste the cowgirl up beads and resize so that it fits over the frame as in the picture above.
Now choose a ribbon. Copy and paste it on the tag and with the deform tool, rotate it slightly to the right.deselect.
Move the left end of it over the left side of the frame.
With your selection tool, draw a square around what's hanging off the left side of the frame and cut it off.
Now draw a square around the entire right portion of the ribbon and move it down a bit, lining it up withthe left side of the frame again.
Whack off what's left over on the left edge and move the entire ribbon down again. Do this until you have the ribbon wound around the frames edge as in mine above.When you have it like mine, select your Light/dark tool. The right mouse button is to darken and we want to dark just the sides of the ribbon.
Both sides to make it look as tho it's wrapping around better.
Then use the left mouse button the lighten the very center of the ribbon. Apply a slight inner bevel to it if you want.
Now copy and paste the belt and resize as needed.

Use the deform tool to rotate it slightly if you choose.

With the selection tool again, whack off any parts hanging over the sides.

Once again, use your darken tool on the side edges to give it that wrapped look. Use your tube of choice and paste it behind the frame and don't forget your copyright:)
Now you can add the flowers, buttons, bows or even your name in beads ... get creative! Add a dropshadow to everything except the ribbon. You are done! I hope you like this one and if you bought the kit to do it I thank you sincerely :)

Woolcott Christmas

For the main tube, I used the artwork of Suzanne Woolcott.

You'll need a license to use her work :)

The scrapkit I used is mine called "Christmas Extravaganza" that you can get here.

The Scallop frame template is a freebie supply that's also mine and you can download that here.

Let begin!

open a new canvas 700x700 floodfill white.

Copy and paste the scallop frame as a new layer.

Click inside the frame with the selection tool to activate the marching ants.

Copy and paste the jingle bells lyrics paper asa new layer ... modify, expand by 2 ... invert and cut.Move the paper so it's under the frame.Give the frame a dropshadow.
Resize all the other elements you wish to use, and place them as I have in my tag and give them a dropshadow.

For the word banner however, after you place it at the top, use the warp brush tool and pull the top corners up just a little so the butterflies have something to grab on to. Add you main tube, give proper copyright credit and you're done!

What Cookies Santa?

What you need for this one is my scrap "Christmas Extravaganza" which you can get here and the cookies (supplied) I made for this tut here and Santas cursing wordbubble here and the title wordart here.

Open a new canvas 700x700 floodfill white.

Copy and paste a paper as new new layer.

Any paper from the kit.

Apply a mask of choice and close group.

Resize the Xmas tree and paste as a new layer.

Do the same with the star.

Place Santa in front of the tree.

Paste Santas word bubble just above him.

Now, resize and add a couple pointsettias behind all that.

Copy and paste the Goober Elf Feet as a new layer on top.

Resize it bigger as I have mine or resize the other elements smaller so the feet will stand out to the front moreso than everything else.

Give them a dropshadow.

Now select the santa layer and with the darken tool, add some darkness to the right side of Santas faceand down his body sohe has a shadow on him from the Elf feet.

Copy and paste the cookie in front of the elfs feet.

Duplicate it 2 more times and with the deformation tool, skew the cookies so it looks like they've been dropped on the ground.

Use the darken tool to give them some shadow.

Now place the title wordart at the top.

Paste the dogtags next, and erase part of the chain so it looks as tho it's hanging from the title words.

When you like everything, merge visible.

Add your name at the bottom and you're done!

Tis The Season (Anjara)

This tutorial was written November 15th 2007

For this tutorial I used PSP 9.

Supplies needed.

Tube of choice
Font of choice
(I used
Artwork by ©Anjara.
Do not use the same tube in your tag unless you
have the appropriate MPT license to do so.

Scrapkit of choice (I used a pay scrap called "Tis The Season"which you can get HERE)

This tutorial is mainly for the backgroundas your elements may vary depending on
the scraps and tubes you use :)

Open a new canvas 600x600.
Find 4 different scrap papers, 2 printed, 2 plain
or semi-plain, and layer on top of each other.

Select your top paper and with your selection tool set on rectangle, cut away a square portion of the paper like this:

select none.

Select the next layer of paper and do the same like this:

select none.
Do this again for the 3rd and 4th pieces and arrange them so they look like this:

Now select a small section at the top left and cut it away so that it all lays in a basket weave:

Select none.

Close your white background and merge visible.

Now click on your preset shape tool ...
rectangle, vector, line style dashed, width 2, forground white, background null.
Draw out your stitching on the first paper pattern.
(Note: Stitches will look smaller than shown on full image)
Then do the same on the next ... merge down.

Do this again on the 3rd section, merge down,
and then one more time on the last section.
Merge down.
It should now look like this:

You can now add a drop shadow to your stitches layer.

Now that the hard part is done ...
Add your embellishments that you want, your tube,
and any wording and viola!

Your tag is complete ala YOU!

I hope this was easy to follow cuz I totally
understood it on MY end!

Ok, lets do this!

Open a blank canves 600x600 floodfill white.

Add a new raster layer, floodfill lt. blue.

Layer, new mask layer from image, apply mask179, merge group.

Effects, xenofex 2, light fluffy clouds with these settings:

puff size-85 coverage 40 edge sharpness 50 base color gray edge color white cloud mode puffy Random seed 1

Copy and paste the Xmas trees and add dropshadow 12,4,38,2.00
Copy and paste the gifts tube, add the same dropshadow and pull it behind the trees just to the right of them.

(See mine for placement)

Copy and paste my Grinch dog and give that sneaky little sucker the same dropshadow lol.

Paste your tube or the one I used if you have a license for it.

Select your white background, and bring up your stars and sparkles brush (or something simular) change your foreground to a bluish color and dab some snow at the base of your tag. (See mine)

Now select your text tool and using the Grinched font size 48, Foreground black, fill redstroke 4, type the words "Got Grinch?".

Add the same dropshadow.

Add your copyright and name and you're done!

This one is easy peasy so let's begin!

First off, open the Twinkle gif in animation shop then minimize for later.

Open a new blank canvas 600x600 floodfill white.C/P the candycanepaper as a new layer. Resize if nessessary.
C/P the rooftop as a new layer.Add a dropshadow.C/P the Moon as a new layer and place it kinda towards the top of the blue area.C/P the Santa and reindeer layer.Use your deform tool to rotate it slightly tothe left so Santa is making a landing lol. Add dropshadow.
At this point, you can add some star brushes of choice around the sky area.C/P the present in the lower right side.I did it twice.

Add dropshadow.Add your Copyright, then your name.Merge Visible, copy and let's go to animation shop!
In Animation shop, duplicate your image 3 times.Select all, make sure the bar at the bottom isalllllll the way to the left under the first frame.Do the same for the twinkle gif.Now drag the first frame of the twinkle gif over toyour image and place it where you want some sparkle! You can use mine for reference if you like how I placed mine.Go back to the twinkle gif and undo drag,then drag to your image again to place in a different area.
I did it 3 times but you can twinkle all ya want lol.
Play the animation.If you like it, save it as a gif and you're done!

See, I TOLD ya this was easy!

Jingle All The Way

Main tube is your choice.I used the © artwork of Elias ChatzoudisLet's start!
First of all, You'll need to make the Rubik's cube.

To do this, open a blank canvas 600x600 floodfill white.

Make your initial tag leaving a space at the topand bottom for your name.

Use your text tool to write your name or whateveryou want it to say across the top and bottom of the tag.
When you are satisfied with the image, save as a jpeg.

Go HERE and browse for your tag file you just made and create the cube.It will look like this but with your own imageand name/words:

Copy it and paste it in PSP as a new image.

Use your magic wand and cut away the background (grayish) area of the cube.
Now, open a new canvas and floodfill white.Copy and psate the red and green blocks where you want them to go.Go back to the Rubik's cube and copy it,then paste in on the new canvas.Resize as needed and add dropshadow.

Add your main tube to the top of the cube,then place the jingle bells and stars where you want too.

Add dropshadow again.Add "Jingle all the way"at the top, and "Merry Christmas"or whatever you choose at the bottom.
Now you are done!

No need to type your name cuz it's in the Rubik's cube.

Supplies needed:
Tube of choiceI used the artwork of ©Elias Chatzoudis.

All other supplies HERE
Open all supplies in PSP.Open a blank canvas 600x600 floodfill white.

Copy and paste the snow BG as a new layer
Copy and paste the snowflakes as a new layer,

position at the top of the snowBG, duplicate,

go to image - flip.Copy and paste the blue tree as a new layer,

add drop shadow.

Copy and paste the xmas ball as a new layer and then the snowdrift.Position the snowdrift just to the right of the balland cover the right of the ball slightly.Copy and paste the snow gifts as a new layer.

Copy and paste your tube.

Use your text tool to write original "Snow Angel" at the top if you choose.

The font I used was Mr. Wilson.

Add Copyright info and name and you're done!Happy Holidays, Debi

Ok let's do this!
First, open the Stargif in animation Shop.Minimize cuz we'll be using this in a bit.

In Psp, open a blank canvas 600x600 floodfill white.

C/P the blinds background, merge down.C/P the red and gold stars and place them anywhere.

You can move them later.Go to AS and copy the first frame of the Stargif.Go back into Psp and paste as a new layer.

We'll delete this layer later but we need it right now for placement.

C/P the window by Shae over the stargif.

Now is the time to arrange those red and gold starswhere you want them.

Place the garland above the window. C/P the red shag rug below the window.
C/P the Xmas tree.Now add your main tube image. Add a dropshadow to everything except the blindsBG. Type the words "Xmas Spirit" at the top.

I used the font "Frosty".

Add your CR to the tag, and then your name.
When everything is in place the way you want it, delete that stargif.

Shut off (close or X out) your main tube, Xmas tree, name, garland and window.

Merge visible everything else.

Now Shut off (close or X out) that layer and open all the others that you X'd out before.

Merge them visible.

Now you should have 2 layers.

Take the background layer and paste it as a new animation in AS.

Duplicate it until you have 4 frames.

Select all and make sure the bar at thebottom is all the way to the left.

Go to the stargif that we opened before.

Select all making sure the bar is to the left, and drag the first frame and place itonto the background animation.

Go back into Psp and copy the top layer.Paste it in AS as a new animation and duplicate it 4 times.

Select all, and drag and place it over the stargif.

You may have to undo drag and do it again to get itjust right. I did lol.
Select all and resize if needed.

And you're done!

Apply a mask of choice ... I used a wyntermaskbut it doesn't really matter since you can't even see mine now lol.C/P the tombstone from the kit.Resize as nessessary, and place it to the right of the canvas.Use the deform tool to tilt it slightly to the right.C/P the Morbid flowers from the kit, recoloring the orange one to red.Place them somewhat where I have mine.C/P the ghost and place it behind the tombstone.Copy the black spiderweb from the creepy cargo box in the kit, and use it like a doodle by placing it behind the flowers layer.(refere to mine)C/P the human skull and place it to the left of the canvas after resizing it.Get the knife from the DL-Daggerandcuffs,and put it in the head of the skull by erasing some of the knife. Darken the entry wound in the skull with your lighten/darken tool.If you're using the same tube as I did, C/P the background (smaller layer) as a new layer on the canvas.Now C/P the bigger version and place on top of the other one.I also used one of her bats but you can use one of the bats from the kit if you don't have the bat tube.Throw around a couple spiders from the Creepy cargo box.Copy the hand cuffs and paste them over the tombstone.erase part of them so it looks like they're hanging off of it.Add your copyright about now :)C/P the Halloween text and place on the top where I have mine.Add your name to the bottom and ... ... you can merge all of this for a still tag or ...to animate it, let's keep this bad boy going! Lol.Now, merge the whole thing visible and copy it,then paste it as a new image.(we'll call this Canvas #2)Now on the original ... undo the merge,lower the opacity of the ghost to 75 ...merge visible once again and copy and pasteas a new layer to the second canvas.Do this 2 more times to the original lowering the ghost opacity to 50, then 25.Now your canvas number 2 should have 4 layers.Let's go to animation shop!C/P the first layer as a new animation.Then, C/P the 2nd layer after the first frame in animation shop.Do the same with layers 3 and 4.Now ... highlight frames 1,2 and 3 and copy them.Paste them as a new animation.Select all, reverse the frames.Copy them all once again, and paste them after the last frame of the original animation.Play your animation to make sure you have the order correct.Save as a gif and you are DONE!Pretty cool eh?Thanks for trying this tut :)Debi L.

My Stretch Of The Beach

Let's begin!
Open a new raster layer 655x655 floodfill white.Add a new blank raster layer.Copy and paste a paper of choice (for this tag I used the brown with pink dots paper) from the kitinto that layer and apply mask Wynter 140.Merge group.Paste a sold paper as a new layer from the kit over that and apply mask WSL 167and merge group.Now paste the frame from the kit as a new layer.Copy and paste the cowgirl up beads and resize so thatit fits over the frame as in the picture above.Now choose a ribbon. Copy and paste it on the tagand with the deform tool, rotate it slightly to the right.deselect.Move the left end of it over the left side of the frame.With your selection tool, draw a square around what's hanging off the left side of the frame and cut it off.Now draw a square arounf the entire right portionof the ribbon and move it down a bit, lining it up withthe left side of the frame again.Whack off what's left over on the left edge and move the entire ribbon down again.Do this until you have the ribbon wound around the frames edge as in mine above.When you have it like mine, select your Light/dark tool.The right mouse button is to darken and we want to dark just the sides of the ribbon. Both sides to makeit look as tho it's wrapping around better.Then use the left mouse button the lighten the very center of the ribbon.Apply a slight inner bevel to it if you want.Now copy and paste the belt and resize as needed.Use the deform tool to rotate it slightly if you choose.With the selection tool again, whack off any parts hanging over the sides.Once again, use your darken tool on the side edges to give it that wrapped look. Use your tube of choice and paste it behind the frameand don't forget your copyright:)Now you can add the flowers, buttons, bows or even your name in beads ... get creative!Add a dropshadow to everything except the ribbon.You are done!I hope you like this one and if you bought the kit to do it I thank you sincerely :)

Feeling Groovy

This tutorial was totally created on March 27th 2008 by Debi L. while under thethe influence of "Nyquil" becuz I am suffering from anhughgungusly bad flu.*ugh*

Supplies Included:

Table and Mask
Supplies Needed:Tube/s of choice.

I used 2 from the totally awesome ©Artwork of Keith Garvey.AND ... the "Feeling Groovy" Scrapkit with animations that may be purchased here.

Here we go!

Open a new raster layer 700x700 floodfill white.

Add a new raster layer and floodfill a medium shade of brown.

Click layers, new mask layer, from image, and apply the mask179. Merge group.

Resize the mask layer by 80% to start.

Now duplicate the mask layer and colorize to a shade of yellow.(you may have to lighten it first to get it bright enough)Position that layer to the right of the brown mask layer.

Duplicate the mask layer again and colorize to a shade of green.

Positon that layer to the bottom left corner of the canvas.Duplicate AGAIN lol.

Colorize THAT layer to a shade of red/dark pink and position to the lower right of the canvas.

You should now have 4 colors in each corner all blendedtogether right?

GROOOOOOOVY!

*Trippin' on all the pretty colors man ...*

You may want to resize them smaller to see the 4 colors better but that's up to you :)

Now copy and paste the beaded curtain from the kit.

Resize big time!

Erase part of the the beaded area starting from the right.

Copy and paste the poster and resize.

Place that to the left of the canvas.

(see mine as an example)

Copy and paste the hanging plant, resize ... yet again ....and hang it from the beaded curtain.

Copy and paste the bean bag chair ... yes ... resize again ...Do the same with the magic carpet and place that beneath the chair.

(I colorized mine cuz I was seeing waaaay too much color at this point lol)

Copy and paste the table and place to the left.We're gonna set the cool lava lamp and incense on it later!

Now add your main tube/s.

At this point, you can add whatever else ya like from the kitor even your own "hippie" stuff.

I put a pillow as you can see in the girls lap.

Add your copyright.

Add your name ... merge visible.

Resize the whole thing by 80%.

Now ... lets "keep on truckin' baby"

over to animation shop!

Open the lava lamp animation and the burning incense animation in animation shop.

Resize both somewhere around 50% twice.

Select all on each.Copy and paste your image from psp as a new animation and duplicate twice for a total of 3 frames.

Select all ... and make sure the bar is under the first frame.

Now drag your lava lamp and set it on the table.

Do the same with the burning incense.

If you need to resize them again, just undo drag and resize them a little bit more.

Ya kinda have to play with it :)

Play your animation and if you like it ... save it!

Dude! Your done!

Forever In Blue Jeans

Supplies needed:

Mask of choice

Tube of choice.

Scrapkit of choice or the one I used called "It's A Girl Thing" that you can get at The Scrappin Divas.

Lets start!

Open a new raster layer 700x700 floodfill white.

Add a new raster layer and floodfill with a dark blue.

Apply your mask of choice.

I used mask 179 whichcan be found in the supplies of my other tutorials.

Merge group.

Copy and paste the kwestling_frame1 from thekit as a new layer.

I applied an inner bevel with the following settingsto the frame:Now close off your mask layer for a moment, and clickinside the frame with your magic wand.

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer ...invert, cut.Move the paper under the frame and give your frame a dropshadow.

Merge down to join them.

You can turn the mask layer back on now :)

Now copy and paste the k_westlingoverlay1 from the lit as a new layer.

Position it behind your paper layer so the the corners are just peeking from behind the frame.

Now add some kwdoodles (color of choice) ordoodles of your own behind the pink Flowery layer.

Now bow it up!

I used 2 from the kit and left them a little large cuz I was in a BIG mood lol.

Now for your main tube and while we're at it ...give the lady a dropshadow:)

Now ... the banner!Click on your preset shape tool and set the widthto somewhere between 10 and 15.

Close off your background in the materials box, and set the foreground to a purdy shade of pink.

Now draw out a banner, and convert to raster layer.

Don't worry that it's not wavy cuz we're gonna create that effect here in a minute or 2.

Click inside the banner with the magic wand, paste a paper, invert, cut.Drag the paper below the banner and merge down.

Now type the words "Forever in blue jeans" to fit on the banner. Add a dropshadow.

Nowwwwwww ....

for the really fun partand one of my favorite tools!

With the banner still as the focal image, find your "Mesh Warp" tool.It's there ... in the deform tool box. Select the mesh warp. Now you'll see this grid of sorts with little nodes on your image. Move the nodes up and down to warp out the bannerthe way you want.Be sure to pull on the node below or above each otherso that your waves are kinda even and in perspective.

When you have the banner how you want it, click on themove tool to turn it off.

Now give the banner a dropshadow and move it below your main tube image.

Now you can add some butterflies, buttons, or whatever else you'd like from the kit or your own.

Add your copyright and throw your name in there somewhere lol.Voila! You are done!

Now wasn't this fun?

Let's do it!Open a new raster layer 700x700 floodfill white.Copy and paste the Lake Background as a new layer and resize to fit your canvas if needed.Next, paste that same Lake background as a new image cuz we're gonna need it in a bit.Now back to the original ...Go to effects, illumination effects, sunburst.Apply these settings:

Look how pretty! The sun is shinning! Lol.Unfortunately, it's also shinning on the sand!but we're gonna fix that!So ... go to the copy of the background that you pastedas an image a minute ago.With your selection too, freehand selection, trace the entire sand area.when you have that done copy it, and paste it on the original image you're making. First of all, put the Pointy mask in your Psp mask folder.Open a blank canvas 655x655 floodfill white.
Copy and paste the woodsBG as a new layer.Find the Pointy mask and apply to the woodsBG layer.Merge group.Open the mask by Serina in Psp.Go to layers, new mask layer, from image andapply the mask by serina to the woodsBG layer also.Merge group.Add a dropshadow to your woodsBg.Copy and paste the wordart and the dog as new layers andadd a dropshadow to both.Now’s the time to add your copyright.Merge visible.Duplicate the woodsBG 2 more times for a total of 3,and close off the 2 copies.Now copy and paste the wolf layer and place it whereyou want it on the BG.Duplicate it 2 more times for a total of 3 wolvesand X off the 2 copies. Scrapkit add-on freebie "Welcome Winter" whichyou can get here.

Open a blank canvas 600x600 floodfill white.

Open a new raster layer and floodfill with an alternate color, like one from your tube.

I used Teal Green.

Just don't use blue :)

Go to layers, new mask layer, from image and apply the mask 078.

Merge group then merge down.

Copy and paste the winterBG by debiL Merge down.

Now paste your leaves as a new layer just to the right.

Colorize to match your mask layer or tube and add a dropshadow.

(See my image).

Paste the frame from the scrapkit as a new layer.

Use the deform tool to rotate it slightly to the rightand add a dropshadow.

Now add your main tube image.

Erase the portion of the bottom so that'sit's even with the frame.

I clarified mine by 5 to give it a richer lookbut that's up to you :)

Copy and paste the largest bead in the CML~blueltbluebeads tube.

Again, colorize to match and place it on the firsthole on the frame.

Do this 2 more times for there maining holes merging down after #2 bead and#3 bead so that they are all on the same layer.

Add a dropshadow.

Copy and paste the bow from the kit (resize if needed) and slide it under the middle bead.

Add dropshadow.

With a font of choice, type the words"Blessed Winter" and place it at the top.

Give it a dropshadow and if desired, a gradient glow in Eyecandy Impact, using your alternate color.

Do the same with your name at the bottom.Add your copyright :)Now close off the background layer and merge visible.

You should now have 2 layers.

Field Trip!Let's go to Animation Shop!Open the Snowfall.gif in AS.Select all, and slide the bar at the bottomall the way to the left so it's under the first frame.

Copy the background layer in Psp and paste as a newanimation in Animation Shop.Duplicate it 19 more times for a total of 20 frames.

Select all, and slide the bar at the bottomall the way to the left so it's under the first frame. Grab the first frame of the snowfall.gif and postionit on the first frame background layer and drop it where you want it.

Go on ... you know you wanna test it.Go ahead and play it lol.*Watching the snow fall* lalala ...
Now back to business! Go back into Psp and copy the top layer and paste as a new animation in Animation Shop.Duplicate it 19 more times for a total of 20 frames.

Select all, and slide the bar at the bottomall the way to the left so it's under the first frame.

Make sure the bar in the first animation is allthe way to the left and all frames are selected.Grab the first frame of the top layer image and postionit on the first frame background layer and drop it where you want it.Play your animation now.

Does it look cool?Fantabulous!Now we're cooking with fire!

Resize it by 90 until it's the size you want.

Save as a gif.

You're done!

Let's begin! Open a new layer 600x600 floodfill white. Copy and paste the Warminside mask as a new layer. Copy and paste the BGflowers as a new layer.Copy and paste the Roomlighting as a new layer.Now add your main image tube of choice. Copy and paste the window as a new layer.Add your artist copyright about now ... then with the font Carlotta or one that you choose, type the words "Warm Inside" at the bottom.Type your name at the top, then merge visible. Now for the rain layers ...
Add a new raster layer, then duplicate it 2 more times for a total of 3. Select the first one (bottom most blank layer) and with your selection tool on rectangle, draw out a box the size of the mask area. We want to cover this whole area rather thanjust the window because we want to show that it's raining "outside". With that area selected and the marching ants around it, go to effects, Vanderlee Snowflakes and apply these settings reading down:
18-10-13-100-0Basic Snow Random seed 70
DO NOT DE-SELECT yet ...go to adjust, blur, motion blur with these settings: Angle 178 - strength 40 and apply.
STILL DO NOT DE-SELECT yet ...Close off that layer and select the next one up. apply the same settings in Vanderlee Snow except, change the random seed to 110.Apply the same settings in motion blur.STILL DO NOT DE-SELECT yet ...Close off that layer and go one up and select the 3rd one.Apply the same settings in snow but change the random seed to 150 this time. Apply the same blur settings as before. NOW you can de-select!(yay!)
Now duplicate the original main image 2 times tomake a total of three.
Close off everything except 1 snow layer and1 main image layer. Merge those visible. Close that one off and open another snow layer and main image layer. Merge those visible. Close that one off and open the last snow layerand the last main image layer. Merge visible.
You should now have 3 layers total.Let's go to Animation Shop!
Hurry ... come on now ...
Ok. Now copy one of your layers from psp and paste as a new animation in Animation Shop. Copy another and paste in AS after that frame.Copy the 3rd and paste after that one.Now play your animation! Woohoo it's raining right??? Way to go! I hope you had a blast doing this one!Thanks for trying it :)

This one is really easy and there's no filters used.
Open a blank canvas 600x600-floodfill white.
Copy and paste the corkboard as a new layer. Copy and paste the fingerprints as a new layer.Copy and paste the height chart as a new layer. Copy and paste the main tube image and then the polaroid as new layers as well. Add the index card and slide it behind all of those but above the corkboard.
Write something clever on it if you want :)I typed "psych recommended". Add the thumbtacks.You can add the inmate text I included for the chalkboard she's holding or ... something of your choosing.I included the erasure I used font for that part.Use the Impressionist 3 font to type the"Armed and Dangerous" title and also for your name.Copy and paste the inkstamp after you type your name.

Midnight Snack

Easy-Peasy once again so let's do this!

Open a blank canvas 600x600 floodfill white.C/P the kitchen wall background.C/P the tile floor and put it right under the wall.C/P the fridge background, add dropshadow.C/P the floor mat and put that in front under the fridge. Add dropshadow.C/P the little mousy *smiles* Add dropshadow. And then the potted fern on top of the fridge. Add dropshadow. Add your copywrite about now so ya don't forget like I did the first time around *grrrrr*.
Type the words: "ya wanna share a" in a small font of choice in black and place at the top. (See mine) Then ... type "Midnite Snack" in font of choice and put that just underneath it. Add dropshadow
I used "Problem Secretary" for my font but I think it's a pay one so i'll let you choose one of your own.
When you're happy as a bug in a rug with it, Merge that puppy!
Now get your shoes on cuz we're going to Animation Shop! Copy your image and paste in Animation Shop as a new animation. Select all frames.Open the Kit-Kat Clock and select all frames. Now drag the first frame of the Kat over to your main tag and place it on the wall where mine is.Go to frame properties and change them to 30. Resize as needed and save.

Not so innocent

Fonts: I used Carlotta for my name and I have no clue what I used for the main font.*I'm a Goober lol*
Ok! Let's start!
Open a blank canvas 600x600 floodfill white. Add a new raster layer, floodfill black and applythe edge2 mask. Merge group.
Go to your black hat tube and duplicate the image. X out (close) the top one and on the bottom one, go to effects, image effects, seamless tiling and apply the default settings.Now copy that, and go back to your canvas again and paste as a new layer and move it to the left of the canvas. Paste it again as a new layer and connectthat one with the first one. In your layer pallet, merge down so it's now one layer.
Change the blend mode in the layers pallet to "screen" and reduce opacity to 60.
Now apply the Bice_Puzzle_mask and merge group.Resize so it fits just inside your black mask layer. Mirror image.(see mine up there)
Now copy and paste you black hat tube and move to the left of the puzzle layer.
I used a dropshadow of v3 h3 60 blur 5 and redid it about 3-4 times to make it thicker.(I think cuz i've blinked since then lol) But nevertheless, a thick dropshadow :) Add the words "Not So Innocent" and your name. dropshadow those too.
Merge visible.
You can end it there or ...let's take a trip to animation shop! In animation shop, open your sparkle.gif. It has 13 frames so duplicate your image 13 times. Select all on both images making sure the bar at the bottom of each isbelow the first frame.
Now drag the first frame of the sparkles.gif to your tag and place it under your name and drop it.Go back to the sparkles.gif ... edit, undo drag ...and place it again under "Not So Innocent".
You-are DONE!

Okie dokie ... lets go AWOL!
Open a blank canvas 600x600 floodfill white. Copy and paste the BCbackground as a new layer. Apply Beckymask33, to layer, merge group.Use your text tool to write AWOL ... stroke width 1, black ... but leave a space between each letter like this: A W O L. (You can't just write it out with the asterisk included because the placement will be all wrong) Covert to raster layer.Use the text tool again and make an asterisk and place between the first 2 letters but don't convert to raster yet.Do this again until you have an asterisk between each letter.Convert to raster layer and merge together with the AWOL layer.Now we need to crunch it a bit so it looks like M*A*S*H so you need to use your selection tool and starting with the first asterisk, draw a square around itand move it over closer to the "A". Do this with each letter and asterisk until it's all closer together.I added a thick dropshadow, darker at the bottom.Now you can add your other elements using the same dropshadow.(Refere to my image for placement) Lastly, add your tube, dropshadow.Add your copyright, name and your done!Hope you enjoyed going AWOL!!!! Tube of choice, but for the purpose of this tutorial I used ©Caron Vinson's attitude fairy. Simple Filters Four way averagewhich you can get HERE. Just click on the picture example to the left to download it. The alt text will say Pizza Slice but that's not correctso ignore that :)

Open a new canvas 600x600 floodfill white.Copy and paste your frame as a new layer. Copy and paste the main tube as a new layer. Use your erasure tool to erase herskirt area just up to the frame. Add a dropshadow ... V7,H7,Opacity 40, Blur 22.00.
Close off your white background and merge the tube and frame visible.
Duplicate that layer, close off the top one and select the bottom one.
Go to effects, plugins, Simple, Four way average and apply it.
Now re-open the main image.
Add your wordart.Go to adjust, hue and saturation and change the color. Add a small dropshadow.Click on your text tool and type your name in a color that matched your image. Add a small dropshadow.Add your copyright. Merge visible and resize as needed.
You are DONE!
